It's been an emotional week for Kids 1st Nurseries. This time, it was Kids 1st Bowesfield's turn to throw an incredible graduation ceremony for the children. Performed on two different days, these celebrations included many emotional moments, and we documented them all on camera: from the moment the parents arrived, to the one where the children stood up to receive their diplomas, not forgetting the beautifully decorated gardens for the special occasion, there's lots of incredible photos to share with you!

The scrolls were ready inside a basket, there were balloons and banners that read 'graduation 2018' in the gardens, and the children started putting on their gowns as the big moment approached. The nursery manager, Jodie, and the rest of the staff, couldn't hold their excitement for a much awaited celebration ceremony. Making use of some of the props for the children to use for photos after the ceremony, we quickly snapped a fun photo that shows the excitement of everyone at nursery!

Soon, the children lined up outside, sat on their little chairs, and the parents started to arrive, stopping at the dining room for some refreshments like juice, water, tea and coffee, and even some biscuits.

Once all parents had arrived, it was time to begin the ceremony. The children sang a few graduation songs, said a few words about what they wanted to be when they grew up.

It was then time to hand out the diplomas. Everyone cheered and the nursery staff congratulated the children, one by one. These were the most emotional moments of both graduation ceremonies.

We then took lots of group and individual photos of the children showing their scrolls.

After the garden celebrations, the party moved inside, where the children got to take pictures with the props. We also took this time to take a few photos of the families with their children.

Saying goodbye to the children is always a difficult moment for us, because we love them so much, and we're so proud of their achievements. But we know it's time to move on and let them spread their wings. We can't wait to see what the future holds for every single one of them.

Congratulations, dolphins!
