Graduation Ceremonies at Kids 1st Low Fell

On both the 24th July and 14th August, the children at Kids 1st Low Fell celebrated their graduation in style!  All the families were invited, the rooms were beautifully decorated, and the children wore beautiful gowns as they proudly walked through the gardens to get their photo taken. In what was yet another emotional graduation day at Kids 1st Nurseries, we joined the children and families to celebrate together such important milestones in the children's lives.

The children also rocked a personalised t shirt with their names, and also with drawings of what they wanted to be when they grew up. And yes, each child was the artist of their own t shirt - a very creative asset to an emotional graduation ceremony.

Saying goodbye to the children is always the hardest part of these ceremonies. The staff, who are involved in the children's lives since they first walked through the nursery on their very first day, can't help but feel emotional whenever children leave. However, we know they are more than ready to face the new challenges of life, and we can't help but feel super happy and proud of them.

The ceremony was beautiful, and decorated with balloons that spelled 'graduation 2018'. At the back of the room, there was a wall with each graduate's name on. One by one, the children got up and received their diplomas, while the nursery nurses said a few words about each child, their personalities, how much they've grown and their progress since day one.

Many cuddles later, it was time to celebrate and play outside in the gardens! With a photo booth and props for all children and their families to make use of, it was impossible not to have fun.

And, of course, our staff couldn't help but take a few photos in the photo booth as well.

The second day of graduation at Kids 1st Low Fell was equally special. Room full of parents, the children one by one walked to the center of the stage to receive their diplomas and hear their teachers say a few words about the little one's journey at nursery.
